There are several good scuba diving sites in St Lucia. These include Anse Chastanet, Trou Diable, and Anse Cochon North & South. Drift diving is possible on the plateau because of strong currents. In this area, you will find large shoals, stingrays, nurse sharks and turtles.

Anse Chastanet

Anse Chastanet is a popular destination for scuba diving in St Lucia. It's home to a variety of exotic tropical marine life. The reef has over 150 species of fish, and it can reach depths from 20 to 140 ft. It's also a popular location for underwater photographers.

The Anse Chastanet resort can be found in a peaceful setting near the Pitons, and close to some of the island's most famous reefs. The resort was established in 1968. There are now 48 rooms, with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding areas. It is situated between two hills and a steep hillside giving it an amazing location.

Anse Chastanet is the ideal place to enjoy scuba diving on St Lucia. Guests can use the resort's custom-built trails, take yoga classes or sail with the resort's yacht sailing yacht. Trou Diable

Anse Cochon North & South

Anse Cochon North & South Reef are two dive sites that can be explored by scuba divers. They are both accessible from the shore and can be reached at depths of approximately 10 to 40 feet. They are both great for beginners and experienced divers. While coral is found more on the northern side of this reef, reef fish are abundant at both ends. As well as the octopus you can see sea whips, trumpetfishes and sea whips.

The Lesleen M, an old cargo ship that was built in Anse Cochon's south end, is now an artificial reef. It was sunk by the Fisheries Department of Saint Lucia in 1986. The seagrass bed that surrounds the wreck attracts many fish species. Barracudas and stingrays could also be seen at the wreck.
