Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He eventually sent a certified letter to the Irvine, California, address found on the company's brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
