Preparation for diving in open water

Open water courses can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks. Open water courses are different depending on what type of course you choose, which dive center you choose, and how many days you have. You can take the four theory chapters online, or you can attend the course in three to seven day. Additionally, you will learn about the equipment that is required to safely dive in open waters.

Use of wetsuits

Divers wear wetsuits to keep warm while open-water diving. The wetsuits keep the body from getting too hot because they have a thin layer surrounding the wearer. The wetsuit is able to keep the wearer warm even though the water surrounding them is warmer than the skin. A wetsuit can last many years if it is properly maintained.

Divers can enjoy the benefits of open-water diving
