PADI Advanced Freediver course

It is a 4-hour course that incorporates classroom discussion and pool instruction. This course will cover the basics of freediving including the physics, physiology and mechanics. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. You must be at minimum 12 years old, and have sufficient swimming skills.
Before enrolling in an advanced course, you should have some experience in freediving. This course will help you learn the basics and prepare for advanced training. You can become a PADI Freediver once you have completed the course. You can also learn to freedive with your buddy in a pool, ocean, or lake.
Course SSI Basic Freediver
The SSI Freediver Basic Course will teach you the fundamental skills needed to dive in the ocean. The course combines classroom training with practice in the water. There are two open water sessions and one pool session. You'll be certified as a SSI Basic Freediver at the completion of the course.
The SSI Basic Freediver course will teach you how swim 400 meters, to dive 50 meters in CWT and freedive 20 metres, to perform a simulated blackout, as well as how to swim to the surface. It will also teach you the skills you need to dive up to 40m. SSI's certification programs are internationally recognized. You'll be able diving in all oceans. The SSI Basic freediver course is a great way for you to get wet, and discover if you love freediving.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs
The Molchanovs Freediving Course will take you from beginner freediver to competitive freediver. There are four levels of open water courses. A Lap course will teach you how to freedive in a pool without having to go into the water. After completing the Lap course you can move on to the Wave course which will teach how to safely freedive into open water.
