Sherwood Scuba manufactures a defective BC. The BC is not up to code, and the company does not provide contact information for customers to solve the problem. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. Sherwood does not have a physical address. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
