PADI Certification Chart

If you want to become a certified diver, you may want to consider a PADI certification. PADI has several different levels of training for you to choose from. There are three components to the course: an online self study module to help you learn diving theory and confined water diving to improve your comfort with your equipment. Finally, there is open water diving to put your newly acquired knowledge into practice. Whether you're just getting started in the water or have been diving for several years, PADI certifications are a great way to get a feel for diving.

PADI

PADI offers different levels of certification. PADI offers various courses for those who wish to become diving professionals. PADI has the right certification for you, whether you are an Open Water Diver or a Scuba Diver.

SSI

If you want to become an SSI instructor, the first step is to become familiar with the SSI certification chart. It is important that you understand that SSI certifications start at the basics and then progress to more complicated levels. SSI certification classes can be done online or in-person. During the training, you'll complete several sessions in both open and confined water. A qualified instructor will guide you and help you to improve your skills.

NAUI

There are many differences between NAUI and PADI certifications. The most significant differences between the NAUI and PADI certification charts are in the teaching method, as well as the certification requirements. These differences can have an impact on a diver’s ability to dive. The best way to decide which certification to pursue is to consider your attitude and your physical capabilities.


CMAS

CMAS padi certifications are slightly different to PADI's. Although they may be similar in many aspects, the certifications offered by both agencies differ. CMAS requires you to complete four training dives and be able to dive to 18 meters, while PADI requires you do five.

BSAC

A diver who has completed the BSAC Openwater Diver program can then take additional courses with BSAC. A list of courses will allow the diver to attain the advanced level is available on the BSAC certification chart. These courses might be charged a fee of between 25 and 55 US Dollars.

Digital Underwater Photographer

The PADI certification certificate chart for digital underwater photographers provides an introduction into underwater photography and a variety of digital camera techniques. This specialty can be completed in a single course or as a two-part course, and includes topics such as the use of colour filters and white-balancing, as well as camera set up. Students also learn about file formats and image resolution.
