PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program

PADI Discover Scuba Diving teaches scuba diving techniques and introduces people into the sport. Although it is not a certification program it will teach you the basics of safe and comfortable diving. PADI Divers learn basic skills for safe diving. They will also learn about how to use and care for the equipment. They will also be able to dive in shallow water and open water during the course.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving is divided into two sessions. The first session is about learning basic scuba diving techniques and breathing with a regulator. Students will then be taken on a trip to a local dive location where they'll learn the skills needed for safe diving. To ensure safety, the instructor will always be with the students and will also demonstrate cool underwater items. PADI also credits a PADI Discover Scuba Diving course toward the PADI Open Water Diver course.

Discover Scuba Diving offers everything you need from a diving suit to a regulator. You will also find tanks, weight systems and a dive computer. During the course, you'll learn to use the gear properly and become familiar with the safety rules and equipment. The instructor will teach you everything about diving and provide all the required Scuba gear. You will also be given a Discover Scuba Gear Participant's Guide, which will guide you through each step.

This class is for everyone, no matter if you're new to diving or an experienced diver. You will be outfitted with basic scuba gear and be taught by a PADI Professional.
